Circuni Privacy Notice

Circuni uses only the minimum account and security information needed to provide the features a user chooses to use.

For Marketplace activity, Circuni keeps only the limited personal information needed while a trade is active. Once the private Deal process and its required retention period are complete, personally identifiable information linking the buyer and seller to that trade is permanently deleted. Anonymous item and archive evidence may remain under its separate archive authority without identifying the buyer or seller.

Circuni uses only the small session cookie needed to keep users signed in securely while they browse the site. Circuni does not use advertising, analytics, behavioural-tracking or other persistent tracking cookies.

Account closure, commercial records, security evidence and other separately justified retention follow their own current authorities. This notice does not create new retention periods or legal bases for processing.
